Quilt Entry Form
Fill out this online form (available 4/8/26) to enter your quilt in the show. Only the first 30 quilts will be accepted! Please note:
-Entries by Guild members only
-1 entry per person
-No larger than 60" x 60"
A limited number of printed forms are available at the April & May meetings.

Label and Receipt
Print and fill out this form. Bring it with you to the quilt drop off.
Sew the label to the lower right hand corner on the back of your quilt. Do not pin.
Attach a 4" hanging sleeve to your quilt with pins or basting.

Waiver
Print and fill out this form. Bring it with you to the quilt drop off.
Entries will not be accepted without this form.

Handmade items created by Piecemakers members will be featured in our Boutique. You are invited to participate by making and entering items to be sold. This is an opportunity to earn some dollars for your handiwork or contribute much-appreciated funds for Guild activities.
All forms must be received by Amy G. by April 6, 2026.

Now's your chance to clear out your stash! Toni M. is collecting fabric, fat-quarter or larger, to sell at the boutique.
What would a show be without snacks? Sign up with Myra D. at the next Guild meeting to bring homemade or store bought baked goodies. Even a box of donuts would be great! She needs 10 more people to sign up.
